I wanted to let you know that your staff of customer service reps along with your art department should be commended. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a small rush order for a very important client of mine. Your artists Juana and Laura stayed late to help me with making sure we had the correct art for the order and your customer service team took great care to see this order was completed on time. You delivered a quality product to my client on time with very short notice. My client let me know today how great they looked and how happy it made her boss. They also let me know that once the other lawyers in the firm see what we did we for them that we may have additional orders. In the past 3 weeks I’ve placed a couple orders for balloons. On the first order I was supposed to have it dropped shipped to several locations. I totally forgot to send the list of addresses until the day before it was scheduled to ship. I sent the list to Maria at the last minute and she immediately took care of it. A few days later I needed to place 2 rush orders, which I did. Several things went wrong with the orders (none of which were Galaxy’s fault). Maria got involved and made sure that everything was taken care of. I’ve been fortunate to work with Maria several times over the past 6-8 months. She is always friendly, extremely competent, and always willing to do whatever it takes. I just want to make sure Galaxy knows what a great employee they have in Maria. Frank N

Good morning to you. Allow me to say what a gem Mary Beth is. I'm the head resolutions person here and when a problem arises on an order, I deal with different customer service reps, claims specialist or managers if need be. Comparing the usual dealings I get from our suppliers, I'm very happy to say that Mary Beth is one of the few that are action and result-oriented before saying no to an almost impossible request. She took care of the problem even if the order value was so low. The first person I spoke with from your company immediately said no to this but Mary Beth said to check with her today and see if this can be done or not before saying no. We had already half expected to get a NO answer to this since there really is a time constraint on the request so we were very happy to know that our request is being done. We would be very happy if we have one more additional person like her. You should give her a raise :-) April S

I just wanted to send over a quick email and give my thanks to "Galaxy Balloon". I was on your website today b/c I needed some updated images of some of your items and I was so pleasantly surprised. Not only did you provide images of your items in high res format but, you also had all the colors available with and without an imprint. And all of it was clearly posted for an easy download. Having that type of information easily accessible is such a nice perk! It makes my life so much easier and it guarantees that we are all on the same page with items/colors. Thought you would be pleased to hear the client ordered another 250 of those NFL Signature balls! You guys did such a great job imprinting a multi-color signature full size basketball for me earlier this year. I was originally called back after placing the order that the item was on back order and not due in till a few days prior to my clients event. I told the rep about the event and got a quick "let me see if we can do it" after being on hold for a quick minute she returned on the phone and said we would have the ornaments in hand on our due date. this was way beyond the usual response of "no". our client Tim picked up the order as soon as we called, he was ecstatic, The product and print looked great.
